International Law

We live in a dynamic fast changing world relying on advanced globalization processes. The law and the courts are also part of these processes so that the international courts in Hague and Strasbourg, as well as local courts that have assumed international powers for themselves, require a deep study of international law from a lawyer. This is true in particular of Israeli lawyers, who may find themselves representing Israeli defendants in international courts, or in civil cases and international arbitration cases.

The Firm is currently handling a case in the International Court in Strasbourg.
